We are still waiting for Kassie to foal, she is 2 weeks passed her due date. That will be the only foal this year.

Weather has been great, sunny and warm . Alberta is almost in a drought condition right now.

We have been busy starting horses in Jasper. Heureuse , one of our ex-broodmare is now a guide horse. She is just awesome, first time as a riding horse and she is 10 years old. Hermine also started her training as well as Reine, Mercure, and a few other Canadian crosses.

Looks like we will have a busy summer at Shovel Pass Lodge. We are opening on July 15.
